Reclaimed Product

Our reclaimed products are converted from sheets made of 100% recycled fiber material in a variety of thickness:  26 pt, 30 pt, 40-45 pt, 50-55 pt, 60 pt and 80 pt. cut to your specifications up to 44” X 56” with a tolerance of +/- .002”.  

Gaylord boxes are exceptional quality for once used boxes.

Special coatings for slip and non-slip are available. Reclaimed products are not approved for direct food contact applications and are to be used only for secondary and tertiary packaging applications. Examples of these applications would be pallet protection sheets that are placed on top of pallet prior to palletizing package product on the pallet to provide a barrier between the pallet and product. As a layer sheet between the boxes or bags of product to increase stability of the unit. As a top sheet to keep top of product clean after palletizing. All of our new chipboard products are manufactured from 100% recycled fiber material. Our new products are used by customers requiring pristine material for applications such as food-grade packaging, book binding, and picture framing. A variety of widths and lengths are available in calipers ranging from 6pt. to 55pt, and other calipers are available by special order.

New solid fiber slip sheets are made from up to 30% recycled material. These are available in a variety of widths and lengths in calipers ranging from 30pt. to 80pt.

Special coatings are available, including slip, non-slip, poly-coated, and clay-coated. 

New material products are approved for non-direct food contact secondary and tertiary packaging unless expressly approved for direct food contact. Examples of these applications would be: pallet protection sheets that are placed on top of pallet prior to palletizing package product on the pallet to provide a barrier between the pallet and product. As a layer sheet between the boxes or bags of product to increase stability of the unit. As a top sheet to keep top of product clean after palletizing. Items to be used in direct food contact applications must be processed under a food safety program and Menco Royal must have prior knowledge of the intended direct contact application before producing product.
